Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, with exceptional communication. Had a great experience with this reality company. When I need a house in a short amount of they where able to pull through and make it happen. They moved quick with the application process and they stay on top of maintenance request. Just make sure you read the contract you do have to pay for air filters every month.
My family recently began dealing with Specialized Real Property Management and we are quiet pleased with the people and their professionalism. Ms. Brenda was very helpful letting us know all the details that are involved and the processes necessary for us to lease. We have only been tenants a few week but are very please with everything so far. Any question you have start with Ms. Brenda who provides excellent customer service.
