Was treated very kindly. Made to feel like a person and not a number. On the business side, ground rules were made plain...just as it should be...just the way we like, good values, strong structure and motto.
This review is coming from a renters experience. This management company makes the process very easy to rent with them. On top of very easy, they are very thorough in every aspect. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, with exceptional communication. SRPM should teach a class on customer service because they are sure to take well care if their tenants so imagine what they are doing to take great care the home owners!!! My move in process was quick and easy, and Specialized Real Property Management was available and ready to answer any questions my wife or I had from the start of the application process on. I will be recommending SRPM to my friends looking to move to the area.

Had a great experience with this reality company. When I need a house in a short amount of they where able to pull through and make it happen. They moved quick with the application process and they stay on top of maintenance request. Just make sure you read the contract you do have to pay for air filters every month.
