My family recently began dealing with Specialized Real Property Management and we are quiet pleased with the people and their professionalism. Ms. Brenda was very helpful letting us know all the details that are involved and the processes necessary for us to lease. We have only been tenants a few week but are very please with everything so far. Any question you have start with Ms. Brenda who provides excellent customer service.
I had never owned rental property before and was unsure about where to begin and how to manage things on my own. From the first request by me for someone to reach out to me, up until the property was rented, I had my questions and concerns dealt with quickly and respectfully. I never felt I was being "talked down to". I am looking forward to many years of collaboration and possibly adding another property in the next few years as well!
SRPM was very quick and efficient with helping me get into my home. Any questions I had were answered promptly from their staff. I also had the pleasure of visiting the Dallas location. The staff there are very nice and pleasant. Brenda Agurs who's at the Dallas office is awesome! She's very friendly and professional over the phone as well as in person. Thank you all for making this process much easier for me.
