Great and friendly staff. Easy to deal with, and most items were taken care of online. They presented exactly what I needed to do to get my lease done, and it was executed quickly and painlessly. A great experience all around and highly recommended.

We have been with Specialized Property Management for 8 years. I have just sold my rent home. During those years I was only one month without a renter of my property. That is amazing to me. They kept me in contact with the property so that any time anything was reported I need to have repaired they got my approval first and showed me the cost before having it repaired. My leasing experience with Specialized RPM has been comfortable and unobtrusive. The company has adopted mobile and web technology to make interfacing with property management, keeping up on important changes and notifications, and managing accounts fairly effortless, and its employees have been helpful when I have needed human explanation or guidance.
