My leasing experience with Specialized RPM has been comfortable and unobtrusive. The company has adopted mobile and web technology to make interfacing with property management, keeping up on important changes and notifications, and managing accounts fairly effortless, and its employees have been helpful when I have needed human explanation or guidance.

Great company to have a business relationship with. Ms ******** and her staff treat my properties as if they were their own. I could not ask for a better company to look after my real estate and make sure that they are being properly taken care of and not getting damaged. They were very helpful. Becuase i lived 6 hours away. Communication thru email was easy. They worked without haste to get the paperwork ready for move in k owing i only had a few days to work with.
