They were very helpful. Becuase i lived 6 hours away. Communication thru email was easy. They worked without haste to get the paperwork ready for move in k owing i only had a few days to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Miled was very helpful and responded quickly to my needs. It was nice to speak with jon on the follow up. ????????
I have been with RPM for 1 and a half years now switching to them from another management company that did a terrible job. It has been a night and day experience. I had my first issue with RPM after 18 months and Glenda and Brent were friendly and professional in resolving my issues and concerns. I would highly recommend RPM for managing your rental home(s)

I've had a good experience with this company so far. Terrance was accommodating, efficient, and timely with his responses and Brenda was very friendly and helpful. I also coordinated with Stephanie, who is friendly but could improve on the amount of time she takes to return phone calls and emails. All in all, I would recommend this company and hope to continue having positive experiences with them.
