For 2 years of leasing from Specialized Property Management, I had the best rental experience of my life. Maintenance calls were answered promptly with excellent results. Office staff were kind and extremely helpful. When I left , my apartment was clean and in shape for the next tenant and I was rewarded with a great return of my deposit. You rarely ever get any deposit back from companies. If anyone needs to rent a property, I will insist they call Specialized Property Management first.
I was in a serious time crunch and was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a rental company that could approve my application and move me in within the time I had. Specialized RPM was honest, efficient, extremely communicative and made the whole rental process extremely simple for me. I am so excited to move into my new place!

This is the best property management company i have seen in a long time. My cousin just got approved for a home through them and to experience it with her was awesome! The are super friendly and timely. They even called her to go through her checklist before move in. Mrs. Brenda stayed on the phone with us for an hour, making sure I knew everything she had to do, so I could help her. She even gave us a personal invitation to meet her in person one day. Specialized RPM was very helpful in getting us into a rental home fast. They have new houses listed every week and have very affordable rental rates. They were very professional and worked quickly on our application process, often getting back to us the same day.
