We've been using Specialized since Sep 2015. After making several inquiries with other management companies, I chose Specialized because of their promptness of response, courtesy and professionalism. Although our property took longer to rent than we'd hoped, Specialized staff made special efforts to see that we were taken care of. Jon was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! I really love the professionalism and personable atmosphere. They had so many resources explaining any questions I may have had and were willing to help clarify anything I didn\'t understand. \r\n\r\nThe staff makes themselves available as if you are their only customer. Our experience with Real Property Management has been great thus far. Finding a home to rent was simple and application process was smooth. Any maintenance issues that have happen have been handled by RPM very quickly.
