I've been renting for 3 years now and have never had a process go smoother than this! Being able to view the properties without having to wait on a realtor or owner was a breeze! The rently.com process was so fast and easy I got in and out of 5 houses in the same area in 30 mins! I emailed Garret for questions and how to go about everything and he was so quick to reply! What an amaIng company! Helped us find the perfect home and made the process so easy and stress free. Miled ******** our realtor made it so easy she held my hand and walked me through the entire process and texted me at all hours to make sure all my questions sere answered. Stephanie ***** was very diligent in emails for all our info and very informative. Response to maintenance requests is usually 1 business day and work is completed shortly thereafter. Tenant portal work on my mobile which is great. I've been a resident for several years.

Awesome team of professionals. They cover every aspect of your move and needs with a large adept team. Everyone is very personable and makes sure to answer your questions no matter how many. They also all cross check each other on e-mails so that someone is covering you at all times. Brenda and Garrett were very helpful and always on point. This was our first experience in renting a house. We have always lived in apartments and we were a little apprehensive in renting a house. We didn't know if the process was going to be long and tedious or if the maintenance requests would be handled in a timely manner. Specialized Real Property Management really eased all of our concerns and made it a painless process. Specialized RPM has been great to work with. They used Rently, which made touring homes easy, and the rental process was pretty straight forward. I've had a couple maintenance requests, and they so far have been pretty great about jumping on issues quickly.

Real Property Management (RPM) has managed all of my properties in the DFW area for 5 years now. I used to manage them myself, but the headaches seemed to grow with each new tenant. Now that i have turned it over to RPM, it is a much more viable situation to own rental properties. Maintenance is cheaper through volume discounts, I get notified if maintenance will run more than a pre-specified amount, and I get market surveys letting me know if my rents are in the proper range.

I have been in my house for over 3 years now and love it! Last week I put a work order in for my fence after all the rain we got. I called in to let them know about my dogs and spoke to a Sunmer. She was super sweet and made sure that was the only thing I needed to have done! The next day I got home from work and my fence was not only fixed but then some!
