I was renting from out of state and had not actually looked at it when I rented it. I had friends living in the same complex so I had someone to look at the property for me before my furniture arrived. The majority of the people in the office are very efficient. There was some confusion on the lease and required information but it did get worked out. I did send pics of some of the issues before move-in and I know a maintenance person came by but the items were not resolved (most were minor)....I have pics so I am hoping it w... read more

Specialized Property leased our home in Ft. Worth for us and took great care of our property for 6 years. We originally worked with Tony **** when we contracted with Specialized Property. He was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the procedure of leasing our home. Other staff helped us over the years, always being very courteous and helpful. What impressed me first about RPM was the method of seeing a property. We showed up late on a Sunday and was able to see and access the property within an hour of the online registration. We didn't need to schedule an appointment or wait on anyone. I was then amazed at how clean and well maintained the property appeared. We had looked at 10 other locations and none compared.
