I was in a time crunch to find a new place,less than 30 days because other rental companies either never followed up with me after contacting them or were a hassle to deal with. I love this property management company! They are fast with repairs and will any and all questions. They respond to emails in a timely fashion! Looking for another property through them.
I was renting from out of state and had not actually looked at it when I rented it. I had friends living in the same complex so I had someone to look at the property for me before my furniture arrived. The majority of the people in the office are very efficient. There was some confusion on the lease and required information but it did get worked out.
