Intentionally Fraudulently miss represented product.
Ordered two terms brought PayPal. Received one item when promised but then received an email saying the other was out of stock on back order with no set date. Contacted them for a date but was then informed that PayPal would cancel if not sent within a specific time frame and the order was in fact cancelled. Surely the company would know if what they sell is out of stock at the time the order is placed. Then I reordered another item and again it is out of stock after I received another email. Poor customer service.
My reorder in another size was unable to be filled. No alternative was offered/suggested. The item was simply unavailable. I purchased a similar item elsewhere.

Terrible shopping experience - i paid for Two Day shipping so that i could receive my purchase in time for a party. Then four days later when i still had not rcvd anything contacted Spicy and found out they had not even left the warehouse yet because unlike every other online retailer on the planet, two day shipping “does not include (some randomly defined) processing time” so i basically wasted the extra expense of Two Day shipping costs. Product was good, but it took much too long to receive it. It would be helpful to indicate on your website when a product is backordered, rather than finding out after ordering it. I had to wait about a month and a half to receive something I'd ordered for the holidays.
Several of the items didn't fit, you offer no sizing charts so sizes I usually wear didn't correspond. I haven't returned them I find that process to be difficult. My experience was negative at best.
How about actually shipping the products I ordered. I only got 1 of the 2 items. Made the order back in December. That's like stealing. I hope you fail and have to close shop, you thieves.
I ordered 2 outfits in December and I finally received one of them in February and another one has apparently been shipped in March and I am still waiting on it. The item I received is a "one size fits most" I am only a 6/8 and I can't fit in it. I feel sorry for any woman larger than 130 pounds they will not fit in your products. Very disappointed in wait time and in product. I hope second outfit I receive will be better.
