You already "made it right" by finally issuing a refund after I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I'd been trying to resolve the issue with you directly FOR A MONTH AND A HALF! That's about as "right" as things got. Sorry, but I won't be a repeat customer.

Not that big of a deal but, last 2 orders qualified for free gift, free panty and free lingerie and neither shipment included the items. Again, not a deal breaker because I did receive what I paid for.

I like the site and company but what I don't like is when you order something and they're out of stock of it they don't let you know ahead of time it's out of stock until after you received your other items in the mail.

I purchased lingerie that was supposed to be wine color and the piece I received was blue. The piece was supposed to be for a getaway trip but unfortunately I was not able to take it because it was not the correct color. I contacted customer support and was sent the correct color. I was emailed a return label for the first piece I received. Unfortunately the second piece did not fit comfortably. Inside the second package was a return label.
