Poor material. Sizeing was wrong even checking the size chart
The items I bought fit my wife when they arrived. However, after one wash, they shrunk and didn't fit. Unfortunately, this negated the return policy. The item I really wanted for my wife was not in stock for Christmas. I was informed that it would be in stock in a few weeks. I checked the web-site and it is no longer listed. It is now March, and I have lost hope that it will be shipped.
Happy with the products. Very sexy. Took longer to receive than I expected.
I’m sure this works for some, but it definitely wasn’t for me. I’d say I’m average- 5’5, 135lbs with C cups, and this made my boobs look awful, and they felt squished.
Products as described, most delivered in a timely manner. However, some were listed as "back ordered" on the sales receipt with unacceptable timelines. It would be much more helpful to provide this information at the time of ordering so that the customer can make an informed decision
We ordered three items December 24th. One item came fairly quickly but the other two didn’t. One showed up middle of February and the other never did. We wanted this for our trip February 3.. I would rather have you say an item is out of stock or on back order so I could have chosen something else.
Purchase ok, returns not so easy
Customer service is okay they questioned me when I was missing a gift that they were supposed to give me I had a Chao proof receipt then they finally decided to give it to me but that was the only problem I had
Great selection! Easy to search and navigate site. Only downside is there doesn't appear to be any real-time information on what is immediately available for shipping. Some items ship in a timely manner and some don't ship until weeks later. Customer service is very helpful and responsive, however. Will continue to shop here.
