There are items for sale that are not in stock. I ordered something for a photo shoot more than a month in advance only to find out 2 weeks later when I got half of my order that it was not in stock but could be in 2-4 weeks. It never came so I couldn’t use it
I paid extra for 3 day shipping, but that didn’t count for the other 2 days it took them to process my order. Then one of the items I ordered was discontinued, I never received any information on this until after my order arrived. So then I had to search locally for the item that wasn’t shipped. I like the selection you offer, but for the frustration I think I’ll stick to local businesses from now on.
I ordered up various items to be shipped to me. Upon delivery I was missing items. I contacted your customer service department, and they told me that you have no "real time" inventory program, and that they had no idea when the items would be back in stock for billing and shipment to me. Was waiting for my order 2 months
The shipping address and billing address was mixed up
This review should supersede my other review as I was told by the customer service representative they would not exchange or refund my money for a damaged piece that I received. Against the customer service representatives will I submitted a claim with photos and to my surprise in about 2 weeks I received a new item
Need to stock more items in inventory. I ordered two separate times in December 2018 and both times parts of my order were back ordered and I had to wait to receive the items.
The products are incredibly cheaply made, customer service is rude, and it took a lot longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive.
I liked my items I purchased thank you, sexy for my husband!
