Partially fulfilled my order
Multiple times when I've ordered and paid for fast shipping 5-7 days I've waited weeks for my order, several times the order never showed up at all. I've moved on from your company there are plenty of places to buy this type of products!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would! I have been in the process of retrieving a Refund for almost 2 months now due to them sending me the completely wrong order. After over a week of reaching out they finally sent me a return label and now they’re claiming they can’t track my return. Everything as advertised.
Items ordered did not all arrive. One item that was ordered was the not the correct size. And all items seemed of low quality. Lastly took over a week longer then it said it would to arrive.

Sizing was not true to size. I even sized up 2 lingerie sizes from what I normally buy from Victoria secret but everything I ordered was still too small. I’m average height and have a longer torso, the teddies were so short that it didn’t even cover me. This was with sizing up from my normal size. The quality of the material is very thin and cheap. I ordered a product, but a few days later, I was notified that it was on back order. Then, I called the company to make sure that they would not take money out of my account, which they assured that they would not until the product is back in stock. I decided to cancel the whole order, but the lady told me that she thinks that there is one in my size in the warehouse. “Surprisingly” there was one and they sent it. Then the product was too small, not true to the size guide. Also, it’s all too expensive for cheap fabric.
It was ok. Sizes were difficult to decipher. Happy with one lingerie but hate the other. Seemed like cheap material.
