Service was generally good and the staff were friendly, but there were a few issues during my visit. The paperwork stated that the tires were rotated, but they actually were not until I pointed it out and they corrected it. I also noticed dirty marks left inside the vehicle after the service and later found a scratch on the headlight/body. Overall the experience was okay, but I expected more attention to detail and better care of the vehicle.

Credit Card service charge, Really! In an age when everything is paid for with a card and almost no one carries around enough cash for repairs or service, it is absurd that you have to pass along to the valued customers the cost of using a credit card. This is the cost of doing business. It isn't like you haven't already bumped up your service rates to keep up with inflation. Just had my car serviced and wow, it was a breeze! The whole process was super quick, easy, and really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience pleasant.
