There was a lapse in communication and ability to reach Tyler, however, he turned the experience around for me and made it more positive in the end. I appreciate his help and understanding. Allowing me to use the loaner vehicle is always helpful from the company as my car is the only vehicle in the household and I need to ensure I can get to work and get my child where he needs to be.
