Great service overall. The car was a bit dirty and wished they did a thorough job. I understand the car had a previous owner but they were some details I would’ve wanted the dealer to make sure it’s clean even when I asked to have it cleaned. Had to the cleaning myself.

I love the facility and the people here. Unfortunately my issue wasn’t fixed. I brought my CX30 in for a squeaking sound coming from the brake area when turning my steering wheel, and while the sound went away for a day, the following day the sound came back and has been happening since. This was my second time trying to get this issue fixed once with Toyota and now through Mazda. However I am hoping we can get this rectified so no more issues.

The people and service are excellent but my old 2007 AC system has brought me back for a third service visit today. It's one of those intermittent problems that are hard to isolate. I'm sure they will get the problem. Corrected soon. ??

I will add that the service team are fixing issues systematically to minimize my expense. Everything on an 18 year old car is near to worn out 😊. But I’d like this car a lot and I’m trying to keep it on the road now that I’m retired.
