Friendly Staff, Clean dealership. Arrived at 12:35 for a 1:00 appointment, car was finished around 3:20. This was for normal service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. almost 3 hours waiting is a little extreme in my opinion. The text/email sent with billing information was very confusing. I received an email invoice for over $285 when in fact, my final total was under $100. The waiting room is just so, so, nothing special. Most of the chairs are in long need of replacement. Typically this is a well-rounded service experience, even as a waiting customer; however, this time was different. The Service Coordinator was short-tempered, seemed distracted, and was not putting service first. Secondly, the service itself took way too long. 2 hours just to get my inspection video, 4 hours total for a relatively simple routine checkup & small repair.
