Absolute 10/10 experience. I was able to customize a jersey for my husband to match his father’s hockey jersey from the 80’s! I had a mock up within an hour. It was perfect! He said it was the best gift he ever got. The quality of the jersey far exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you guys a ton!

I ordered 10 custom basketball jerseys for my AAU team. Sports gear swag had a wide variety of designs and styles to choose from, and they allowed to mix and match whatever colors I wanted. Also, I needed the jerseys on short notice, and out of every website online, sports gear swag has the fastest delivery times. Me and my team are very excited for our new jerseys!

I would give less stars if I could the whole process with this company has been awful the jersey I ordered didn't arrive in the color I selected Maroon instead I got a red jersey the customer support is atrocious to deal with they don't respond frequently or they give you an excuse that they don't have the full info from the factory they say they will escalate the issue only to make you wait over a week with a response that it's your fault not theirs even though you can see the huge difference in color from their website col... read more

terrible customer service, lazy staff, they do not take accountability for their mistakes and won't even say sorry to you or sorry for the inconvenience. if you pay for the express shipping, you will not get it on the day they tell you, you will get it on the day they advertise the free shipping. so if you have to have it in time for something, you will get it after. absolutely disgusting service from them and would not recommend them. plenty of others out there that will do much better

This company is awful and scammers. I ordered some jerseys, each custom, so I uploaded my own file for each "upload custom design". Came out great. Ordered 3 more orders within 2 days of each other. All of a sudden, they start sneaking in charges I didn't even see. Roster charges. Artwork charges. The 1st one I approved because I thought i was jut looking at the proofs, didn't know they added charges. Nope. They snuck in $159.21 and charged my card! Another, nearly identical order $438.
