Get directionsOur experience with Spring Creek Assisted Living was mixed. On the positive side, my mom had a safe, comfortable space, the food was good, and most daytime staff were kind and respectful to our family. However, there were serious concerns. Overnight staff repeatedly refused to assist our 24-hour hospice nurses with basic care such as turning my mom and helping keep her clean, which was troubling given her condition. The most distressing issue came after my mom passed away. While she was alive, we paid the full agreed-upon ra... read more
The reviews on google are from employees being promised an incentive for the most five stars another deceptive tactic from corporate. This place is highly overpriced for the quality of care of these residents get, there have been times where one person worked all downstairs to care for 10+ residents, important medicines were late and care was deeply affected.

Memory care director doesn’t care about the residents, there’s been elopement to where the law had to bring the resident back to property as of recently. I stopped a resident from being picked up by scammers wrote a check out! the resident needed to be in memory care and was on the assisted-living side instead. The thanks I got was being fired for reporting unpaid wages , the business office manager,VP of operations, president of the company, and the CEO were all aware of this.

I felt like the food was not as nice as it was where she was before. I didn't feel like it was very clean. I went to a common bathroom one time and I wouldn't even go to the bathroom. It was so dirty. My mom's room was dirty. I don't feel like they were cleaning it and I finally had to say something. I was hoping they would have a lot of activities for my mom, but even though I know they did some things it didn't seem like there was as much as I thought there would be for them to do. When she got sick and they didn't say any... read more
Turn over is HIGH. Not enough staff in memory care. If you have an elderly parent that needs to be in memory care…look elsewhere. Housekeeping in memory care is horrible. Don’t think they clean the room except maybe the bathroom. Laundry clothing disappears because they wash more than one room at a time so clothes end up in other residents rooms. Just not a good place to live
Everything about this place was inconsistent. This included medication management services, food quality and dining services, caregiver (resident assistant) services, housekeeping services, facility maintenance services, activities (especially on weekends), marketing hype, and management responsiveness to family member concerns and oversight of staff performance. A watchful eye is needed to advocate for resident family members.

Not impressed. They are understaffed and when you bring a deficit to the director, [name removed], Who told us she is responsible for everything but has accountability for nothing and turns a blind eye to all discrepancies. Really sad my parent is in such a bad place. They are fantastic at raising prices and cutting staff and making a profit.
They have a memory care unit which is where my husband was. They said they knew what his condition was and that they could handle him. They were not able to care for him and they sent him to Oceans. I noticed when we would visit that the residents were all just sitting there, not walking or talking almost like they were drugged. I would not recommend the memory care unit to others looking.
