So far, so good. Clean, friendly, caring.
They've been great. My dad got in on the ground floor there and the staff has been extremely nice. My understanding is the activates are good. He doesn't do a lot but they do keep trying to get him to go. I think his favorite one is happy hour on Wednesdays. The residents love it! It's a gorgeous place, very pretty place because it's brand new. I had noticed that one lady had a room with a patio. Dad has a studio room and it's big compared to what he had before. We moved in shortly after the facility received their license. They were most helpful and went out of their way to make our whole family feel welcome.
It's very good, it just opened so there's basically only about 8 people there so she's getting really good individual attention. It's newer and a lot closer to my house, plus there are a lot of aids that are working here from where she was before so she's comfortable with them and it's closer to her doctors and the hospital. I have been living at Spring Creek Village for almost a year and we are moving out at the end of January! The promises were wonderful when we were shopping, but the reality has been disappointing and worse. Service has been poor, meals are boring and there is little follow through on promises. They have over medicated my wife, lost some of her medicine and the red "emergency" button in the room did not work when we needed an ambulance. Our experience with Spring Creek Assisted Living was mixed. On the positive side, my mom had a safe, comfortable space, the food was good, and most daytime staff were kind and respectful to our family. However, there were serious concerns. Overnight staff repeatedly refused to assist our 24-hour hospice nurses with basic care such as turning my mom and helping keep her clean, which was troubling given her condition. The reviews on google are from employees being promised an incentive for the most five stars another deceptive tactic from corporate. This place is highly overpriced for the quality of care of these residents get, there have been times where one person worked all downstairs to care for 10+ residents, important medicines were late and care was deeply affected.

Memory care director doesn’t care about the residents, there’s been elopement to where the law had to bring the resident back to property as of recently. I stopped a resident from being picked up by scammers wrote a check out! the resident needed to be in memory care and was on the assisted-living side instead. The thanks I got was being fired for reporting unpaid wages , the business office manager,VP of operations, president of the company, and the CEO were all aware of this.
