The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. One young man, there was a Medtech and he was just amazing a very nice young man. The food is good and they take good care of your loved one. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Spring Creek Village because of the convenient location and they offered us a desert and it was homemade and amazing so we figured the meals would be just as good. We also figured since it was a bigger company that they had more resources, especially with memory care. We did have a hiccup in the beginning, it was like no one was following through and they were not double checking about the medication with us and there were some communication issues, but that was corrected as soon as it was brought to their attention... read more

I think they do a nice job. I would tell people to look at Spring Creek. The activities director is remarkable. They do more things during COVID, than prior to the pandemic. They have worked tirelessly to make sure the residents aren't just sitting in their rooms. I feel the activities director is the most creative person I've seen. There are some other caregivers that have gone above and beyond. This care is sometimes not consistent with other caregivers.

My cousin toured recently for our parents and we were impressed by the friendly staff and saw several happy residents. Our visit with [name removed] was great, she was very kind and understanding to our needs. Not sure this location will work but it’s by far the nicest place I’ve seen in Spring, Texas.

I am very impressed with this community. They greeted me offered me coffee or water asked me to fill out some information. Spoke with me about my needs. Gave me a tour. I like this property but its pricey.

I toured here when trying to find the best place for my dad and I liked but it would take me about 30 minutes to get there, which is why we chose not to move him in. The difference here that I found is that they have a big assisted living program. A lot of their activities seemed to be geared more towards the assisted living residents than the memory care. The facility was gorgeous, though, and very upscale. They even had marble counters in the bathroom. Everything was open and airy, there was sunshine and big living spaces.... read more

I just want to say that [Removed] was amazing finding Spring Creek Village for my mom. It is incredible. They treat my mom like family and our whole family the same. Thank you [Removed] so much [Removed]

My father is doing very well here at this community. Everything is working out great, and I'am comfortable with his move to this community. This is a wonderful community with kind people. The staff is great. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. His room, and the community are well maintained when I visit. I have already recommended this community to my friends. It is a wonderful community.

i like this community. The staff are nice and caring and very attentive. The community is clean and is taken care of. They are offering my mom a lot of nice activities to stay active. This location is close to my home. y mom really like the room that has a nice room with a good view. We would highly recommend this community for the excellent care and value.
