Nice hotel Very nice, modern hotel right off the 10 fwy in the West side of Phoenix. Comfortable beds and mini living area with TV access to both area. Walk in shower with a barn door in bathroom. I will stay here again.

Thought it was motel 6, they left the light on. New hotel and was in overall good condition. The floors had not been cleaned of construction mess. There were dirty boot footprints all over the entrance from the side door and in our bathroom in the room. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and took a while to cool down after we plugged it in. But the biggest inconvenience was the light between the beds. The property was new and seemed not ready yet- shorty construction- toilet seat fell off. Main light switch didn’t allow room lights to be off and still be able to turn on bathroom light. Had to ask front desk for new towels or trash removal- they were soo nice- but felt horrible asking every day. Breakfast was not great, could’ve switched up the bag meals....since there can’t be Real breakfast.
