New & clean! The hotel is new, so everything looks great! Super clean, staff is friendly. The pool is well kept and staff is continuously refilling towels. The downfall is the insane amount of bees. Like swarming the pool area. I’m not sure how they can fix that, but they should definitely call someone out. The only other complaint was the lights in the room were all connected to one switch. Wonderful experience! Hotel seems brand new. Extremely clean, bed really comfortable, lots of outlets for charging devices, well-lit work area. Breakfast was just a muffin & bottle of water in grab bag - could be pandemic related? But we weren’t there for the food so no big deal.

Large rooms, modern elegance, rather small pool. If you love modern design and want a room that’s more spacious this is the stay for you. I enjoyed the smart tv and the couch area and the big bathroom. We stayed during the time of Covid so there was no hot breakfast, but bu the looks of the breakfast area it’s usually great. A big plus is that even though you’re near everything in Goodyear it is a really quiet stay. The gym is great too! Our stay was incredible, the staff was awesome. And the hotel itself was brand new so it was so clean and everything was sanitized!

Will stay again! Hotel was very clean, updated and comfortable. Had a terrible experience at an adjoining property a few weeks ago so I was hesitant, but this property definitely exceeded my expectations.
