The room was hot and the ac wasn’t cooling off the room to my satisfaction and that’s a general setting as if it were a swap cooler

Freeway noise If after you check in, and your room is on the freeway side, go back down and request a room change. We heard rumbling all night. Didn't get much sleep which is too bad because it was a nice room.

Trashy Hotel I guess the hotel can't control if the police decide to arrest a guest who was there from another hotel next door while blocking front doorway. I guess it's not the hotel's fault the group of teens were running up and down and causing lots of noise while I was trying to sleep for an early wake up call. Our bedsheets had definitely been slept in and they refused to even change them. Bar was out of almost everything. I’ll never be back.

Disappointed Bathroom was dirty, tv didn’t work right (sound was very low, permanently), lady at front desk wasn’t very friendly and didn’t look happy. It’s a brand new hotel and it didn’t seem that way. They charge $10 for parking on top of normal price—OUTRAGEOUS for Goodyear,Arizona.

The motel is fine. Unfortunately my room was above the fire pit outside. Every night there were loud people drinking and yelling past midnight. When I called to see if there was quiet hrs the people just got louder. There was also a highschool sports team slamming doors all night. Out of five nights I had one night of sleep. It was very loud.
