Our family dog of 17 yrs. Passed away just about a week ago , the Dr. Himself was very sincere but the rest of the staff was very disrespectful and cold I will never take any of my animals here again!
I've been a client here almost four years. I noticed things were not quite like they used to be. The final thing was when my daughter picked up the prescription for my dog's eyes. It has always been filled here for me. This time we were given a paper prescription and told to fill it at a regular pharmacy. What? Why? We've been taking our cat since the end of last year. Haven't had much of a problem since of late. The last time I refilled my cat's medication, I called it in they said they would refill it. A week went by and I never got a call saying it was ready so I went in. I asked to pick up and they told me it was never sent for a refill but were able fill it right then. I took one of my cats in for an emergency appt. for a severe asthma attack. Shortly after being there he came down with an upper respiratory infection. He is fully vaccinated and the only place he had been was to this office. He doesn't even go outdoors. The last time any of my cats were outside of our house was in February when they were vaccinated at their regular vet. I now have 2 additional very sick cats and when I called to talk to someone about it, they absolutely refused to acknowledge that they were responsible. ... read more
My experience with this clinic was horrendous from start to finish. I didn't realize this was a 24 hour clinic when I called about my severely injured cat. I brought him right in, left him in the car, and walked in to the office to several people with pets and two receptionist handling nonlife threatening events.
