DO NOT USE THIS VET!! I'd give negative stars if possible. These people are horrible. They poisoned my Doxie after I showed them records of all the meds she was on, they dosed her with a duplicate drug which caused ulcers in her stomach. They refused to send me or the regular vet her records and were too afraid to accept my phone calls. TAKE YOUR PETS ANYWHERE BUT HERE! The owner has been punished/reprimanded by the Washington board of vets repeatedly. He just doesn't care. Negligent, rude, dangerous.
I took my dog to them to do wound a check after her surgery as error visit. It looked like it was infected. Great news it wasn't. I asked them to rewrap it. They said it didn't need to. Well she is now back in the hospital because they didn't rewrap it. She had to have her stitches redone. Very unhappy with them. Will never take her back.
I would give them a -5 if I could. DO NOT EVER TRUST YOUR PET WITH THEM OUT OF YOUR SIGHT. They lost control of my Blue and Gold macaw (ABBY) 4-1/2 years ago and hit her head. They brought her out to me with BLOOD in her left eye. She passed away 12 hours later, probable concussion. They asked "why didn't you bring her back in"? Let the shaming begin . . .don't go to St. Francis 24 Hr. Animal Hospital. Was quoted a MAX of $202 to get Maddie shaved (due to her matts she gets because she can't get to them to groom out). That included the exam and vaccines they tack on when sedation is needed (believe me, no one wants to groom Maddie without sedation!!). SHAME ON YOU ST. FRANCIS & YOUR STAFF. You told me (regaurdless of my granddather bill) if I paid for my four legged grandsons euthanasia & creamation you would give me his ashes. Which I did. Now you refuse to give them to me (liars) I'm on a fixed income and still I paid the $277.00 for this service. All I want is what I paid for......ashes. Shame, shame on you. $500.00 balance on her bill......how on earth am I suppose to pay that.....It feels like a bait & switch.
The clinic takes no responsibility for their negligence. My dog had surgery they did not remove all the sutures now they are visibly bothering him. The clinic says it is my responsibility to pay to put him under to have the ones left behind removed. When they are the ones who left them behind. I did went through the procedure pay follow ups, and took him i thought to get his stitches removed. Oh and if you tell them there is a problem, they send person after person to tell you "we are not responsible".
