RecommendedLoved them!! They were great with my German Shepherd puppy, Ruger. He had to go in an emergency setting(his penis was swollen, and stuck, unable to go back into place!) and I had the hardest time finding any places that would accept new patients. Not only did they accept him but they made room for him on the spot. My dog is fearful of everybody but yet he wasn't afraid of any of the staff here at all. They did an amazing job, I am so happy with the services we received and how well they worked with him.
RecommendedDespite staffing shortages and the pandemic, the St. Frances medical team provided such amazing care for our Lab/ Dane mix, Tinkerbell. They were straight to the point with what we needed to do to diagnose and quickly came to the conclusion that she needed emergency surgery. They then called around to help us get the best Dr and the best quote for her surgery. They were kind, caring, understanding, and super helpful to us. We really can’t thank or recommend them enough. Our girl is going to be just fine, thank you! ❤️

RecommendedI brought my kitten in because he had a fish hook stuck in his tongue... with no questions asked they brought him back to the veterinarian and discussed policies and procedures and we were in and out in 45 even with him being sedated. Super nice staff all around.

RecommendedThe doctors and staff made what was a horrible 3 days a little better. They took good care of my 11 year old Raisin. It was clear they cared about her. I even heard them through closed doors talking about how adorable and sweet she was. To know that they enjoyed her not just because it’s their job shows the dedication of the people at this hospital. RecommendedI had a very positive experience with St. Francis! My kitty was experiencing a sneeze and shaking of her head just prior to me going out of town. I could not get in to any of my reg vets nor the ER clinic. I called St. Francis. They said there would be a wait but that they would call and at that time I could come over. They checked out my kitty. Administered the appropriate meds. And everything worked out. They were extremely considerate and I would definitely use their services again.
