We love St. Francis! we have been taking our bunnies here for a couple years and Dr. Stanhope is the best! Even during COVID and I couldn't go in with my bunny, he still called and reassured me she is healthy. Thank you for all you guys do!
I can't say enough, I thought I was going to have to put my doggo down but after taking her to St.Francis she will be with me for some more good years. Thank You so much ❤️!!
Dr Hope Valentine is the most compassionate vet I have ever met in my lifetime! God bless her! On a rainy Saturday, during the covid-19 quarantine, I drove my friend down with her dog in severe respiratory distress. Tiny had to be sent across the rainbow bridge because she had congestive heart failure. My friend was a total WRECK! We couldn't go in the clinic because of the quarantine protocal and Dr Hope took the time to come out to the truck and stood in the rain to comfort my friend and tell her a story about a guinea ... read more
I've been here a few times for routine appointments, and they've been great. Yesterday I came in for urgent care because my senior dog was sick, and visibly distressed. When I saw Dr. Tuason she was able to identify exactly what was wrong with him after a very brief exam, and then ordered blood work to confirm it. I was very impressed with her knowledge. The wonderful,compassion care professionals at St Francis Urgent Care Hospital have cared for my pet for 3+ years. I can understand,appreciate and support the new hours change recently to better serve client needs and time spent for care.
