RecommendedWe had a completely unexpected situation come up with our elderly dog on a Saturday night. Never having a emergency situation like this I didn't know what to do. All the staff I spoke with were AMAZING! I was blown away by their kindness and patience. Our girl will be ok but will need some more treatment. I just highly recommend them. I'm so glad I called them first in my panic. :)

both dr. evans and dr. stanhope have been absolutely amazing life savers!!! they have seen almost every animal in my house. Dr. Evans helped when my duck injured her knee, shes helped us get our rescue birds on track for a healthy life and has helped with my dogs ongoing health condition. Dr. stanhope saw our macaw in an emergency and was absolutely amazing and also helped us figure out some options for our dog who has experienced mood swings from meds he has to be on. he also previously helped us get our macaw microchipped ... read more

On 10/17 I took my male Quinn in as he was very restless and not eating. I suspected either bloat or a blockage. Had to wait a while but turns out he had 2 rough rocks, on in his intestine and one in his colon. They did surgery that night. Quinn is 100% back to normal. So grateful for the doctors and staff at St Francis for their care.

We took our 18 month old cat in this week after she stopped eating, drinking and was vomiting. Our girl had to stay for 3 days and required surgery. Dr. Talbot, Aliza and Ashley were amazing! Dr. Talbot also saw one of our other kiddos a while back so we knew we in good hands. Ashley is just so calm and made me feel like she was getting some good love while our girl was away from home. It’s been a very scary and stressful past two days ! Our little love big spike had to go to the animal hospital and had some intestinal problems he was vomiting all his food . After today ,he is on meds and a very good diet from here on out ! He’s doing great and keeping his food down ! So glad he’s feeling better . My dog constantly decides to have all of his urgent problems happen on a Sunday. St. Francis is always so great about getting him in on short notice and giving him the care he needs!
