Someone recommended these people and they were terrific in every way. They have a guarantee that if there is any water they will come back out for the lifetime of the home, and transferable to any owner. The work was done on time and to our satisfaction. There was a slight mix up in communications with the block sub-contractor, but all was right in the end. They followed up with a radon check kit too. They installed one egress window and five glass block windows in existing basement window sites.
Extremely professional and trustworthy. Said installation of basement waterproofing probably would not solve my problem of water seeping up through the basement floor. Recommended a couple of other things to try first. Did not hire at this time.
The tile system was installed 3 weeks after the estimate, which was great! The work was done well, and the cleanup was pretty well done. There were some problems with debris left behind, and one basement window was left open. The best part is that the basement is dry! I had a tile system installed in the basement.
The company representative showed up when scheduled. He was able to assess exactly what was wrong and had the necessary replacement equipment immediately. The installation was very clean and efficient. Replaced Sump Pump.
The estimator was early for our appointment, provided a detailed explanation and video of the drain tile installation process. I like the fact that he didn't push additional products that we didn't need for our situation. They also provided a 5 page list of references and have called since to see if we have questions. Estimate sought for drain tile in a 24 x 10 room in basement.
They were exceedingly clean and tidy. They worked until 8:30 at night, in the dark. They were all very nice, all of them showed me all of the stages of the job and they were very pleasant. Betty the scheduler was super-great and sweet. Len, the salesman, I loved him. They put in a sump-pump.
I thought we needed our sump pump replaced, but he checked it and found it to be working fine. He suggested working with the original contractor of our drain tile system for warranty work. I was very grateful he saved us 300+ dollars, we would have unnecessarily spent on a new sump pump. I found the man on the phone and the one who came out to be very thorough and concerned we had our problem solved. Thank You! Inspected sump pump and water issues.
Overall, good experience. They did exactly what the said they were going to do, were very clear about the process from start to finish and were on time. Plus their estimate was much better than the other one we received. The only negative thing I can say is that the workers were smoking right outside the window to my office. Normally I suppose people aren't at home, but I work out of my home and didn't like to have to smell it. But I also could have asked them not to and didn't.
