COMPANY WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THERE WAS A LONG WAIT TO GET THEM IN, BUT THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DRIVEN COMPANY. DRAIN TILING SYSTEM INSTALLED
THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH! DRAIN TILING INSTALLED ALONG ONE WALL OF OUR BASEMENT AND PIPED TWO EXISTING SUMP PUMPS TO OUTSIDE OF FOUNDATION (AWAY FROM HOUSE)
PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE AND WERE RESPONSIVE. THEIR DRAIN TILE WORK LED TO FINDING OTHER PROBLEMS WITH OUR BASEMENT AND SO WE HAD OUR ENTIRE BASEMENT FLOOR REPLACED. INSTALLED DRAIN TILE, SUMP PUMPS AND REPLACED BASEMENT FLOOR. HE ALSO FOUND A GAS LEAK WITH OUR FURNACE AND FIXED IT.
EXCELLENT EXPLANATIONS, NO SURPRISES. DRAIN-TILE SYSTEM INSTALLED
THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. EVERYTHING HE SAID IT WOULD DO, IT DID. THEY WATERPROOFED MY BASEMENT AND INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP.

SMALL AMOUNT OF DAMAGE TO SIDING WHERE CEMENT WAS HAULED OUT OF THE BASEMENT. THEY CAME BACK QUICKLY AFTER MY CALL AND REPAIRED IT. REMOVED OLD SUMP PUMP AND INSTALLED A DRAIN TILE SYSTEM WITH A LARGER SUMP PUMP.

WHEN I ASKED FOR REFERENCES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD I WAS STUNNED TO GET A LIST THAT SHOWED A GREAT MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVE HAD STANDARD DO WATERPROOFING FOR THEM. THEY ARE THE RELIABLE OLD-TIME TYPE OUTFIT THAT DOES THIS WORK. I HAVE NOT HAD A BIT OF TROUBLE SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN HERE WHEREAS I USED TO STAND ANKLE DEEP IN WATER. After a phenomenal amount of effort to prep for them, work seemed to go fine. 3 days after work was completed we had heavy rain, and I found some water, so I called them. They were very rude and said if it is not their system and under warranty, I would have to pay $150 for this visit. It took them one minute to determine it was a problem with the windows, and I was expected to fork over $150 right then and there. The owner himself is bullying me for the $150 and says he will not honor the warranty if I do not pay for servic... read more

When our representative arrived she told him she had lived in the house since 1995; presumably, she had known about the water problem for some time as evidenced by one of our competitors waterproofing systems (a national dealership) having already been installed along with some of their window well systems.
