They showed up really late, were ill prepared and ended up working until 10:30 in the evening. Waterproofed our basement.

They showed up on time, finished on time, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with this job and have already recommended them to my neighbors. They installed drain tile in half of my basement, plus a sump pump.

They were on time and did what they said they would do when they said they would. I have my receipt and life time of the house warranty and instructions for maintenance. There have been two significant rains since installation and there has been no water in the basement. They did get cement on the paneling in two of the basement rooms that I will have to have cleaned off. Communication with office was excellent. Crews arrived on time both days. They took care to keep my house clean during a messy job. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The day after the install was complete, we had a heavy rain and my system was easily up to the task. Installed drain tile system along one wall and part of another. Installed sump pump and drainage.

In Jan. 2002, I hired Standard Water to install a sump pump and drain tile system in my basement - and I have been singing their praises ever since! Recently, I noticed my sump pump was constantly running, and it was very hot when I removed the cover to the basin. I left a message at 10 pm Friday night, and my call was returned promptly at 8 am on Sat. morning by Mike. We determined that the pump needed to be replaced. Excellent Job. They came out within a day for the estimate. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The process went as explained. It took 2 days, and the crew was very courteous and didn't track any dirt into the home. They were very detailed and organized. When the sump pump kicked in for the first time, I called them at about 11 pm, left a message, and they returned the call within 5 minutes! My basement has been dry since. Drain tile basement in 2005 with sump pump and back up battery.

We felt the price was on the high end, but the company has been around for quite a long time, and it appeared that all the parts that would be used for the job were high quality. The salesman that came to give the estimate was on-time and very professional. Called for estimate to install drain tile and sump pump in our basement.
