EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLVED FROM THE ESTIMATOR TO THE SUPERVISORS AND WORK CREWS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. MATERIAL WAS LEFT AT TIME OF ESTIMATE EXPLAINING HOW WORK WILL BE PREFORMED, AND LOCAL REFERENCES WERE EXCELLENT. THE QUALITY OF WORK AND PUNCTUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. THERE WAS FAR LESS DUST AND MESS THAN ANTICIPATED. THEY ARE PRICED QUITE REASONABLY FOR THE QUALITY AND AMOUNT OF WORK PREFORMED. INSTALLED 40' OF DRAIN TILE, SUMP WELL AND SUMP PUMP.

I was very please with the work performed. The crew was very courteous and hard working. This is very difficult, labor intensive work. They jackhammer up an 18 inch wide strip of the basement floor all the way around and haul out the broken concrete and dirt bucket by bucket out the basement window. They explained everything in the process of bidding the project and had very good reading material, including a DVD that walked you through the whole process. STANDARD WATER CONTROL WAS FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH. I NEEDED THE WORK DONE QUICKLY SO I COULD FINISH MY BASEMENT IN TIME FOR SOME FAMILY TO MOVE IN. ALTHOUGH THEY WERE BOOKING OUT 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, THEY WORKED WITH ME TO FIND A DATE THAT WOULD ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE. IN FACT, THEIR CREW CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. VERY SATISFIED. ALL CONTRACTS WITH THE COMPANY WERE PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY HAVE THE WORK DOWN TO A SCIENCE AND SEEMED VERY WELL ORGANIZED. ALL WORKERS WERE POLITE AND HARDWORKING AND GOOD ABOUT ACCOMMODATING MY NEEDS. PLUS, THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. THE SALESPERSON WAS TIMELY AND DID A VERY GOOD PRESENTATION ON WHAT STANDARD WOULD DO. THEY WERE ALSO REASONABLY PRICED ($3000) FOR THE JOB THEY OFFERED. ESTIMATE GIVEN FOR RE-INSTALLATION OF INTERNAL BASEMENT TILE AND NEW SUMP PUMP.
OVERALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. I HAD A RUN-IN WITH THE OWNER (ALTHOUGH HE DIDN'T WANT TO IDENTIFY HIMSELF AS THE OWNER) AND HAD TO REALLY PUSH FOR THEM TO FINISH CEMENTING PART OF MY BATHROOM FLOOR. I SIMPLY EXPLAINED THAT THEY WOULDN'T GET THEIR LAST PAYMENT UNTIL I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULT AND STUCK TO MY GUNS. IT WAS FINISHED THE NEXT DAY. ULTIMATELY, I'M GLAD WE HIRED THIS COMPANY. WATERPROOFED PART OF BASEMENT.
STANDARD WATER HAD INSTALLED DRAIN TILE IN OUR OLD HOUSE A YEAR AGO. WE RECENTLY PURCHASED ANOTHER HOUSE AND THEY INSTALLED THE DRAIN TILE THERE. MIKE, OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE, WAS ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. HE LOOKED AT THE BASEMENT, BUT DID NOT EXAMINE THE LANDSCAPING AROUND THE HOUSE. IT WAS MY GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO POINTED OUT TO ME LATER THAT THE GROUND NEXT TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE SLOPED TOWARD THE HOUSE. THE CREW WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB ON THE INSTALLATION. I WAS A NERVOUS WRECK FROM THE CONSTANT BLARING OF THE ALARM, AND MIKE TALKED ME THROUGH THE PROBLEMS, CALLING ME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES BECAUSE MY CELL PHONE WASN'T WORKING IN THE BASEMENT.
