I felt very happy and satisfied with all aspects of the project, company and the team. The contractor assigned by Patio Enclosure to build it was professional, punctual and did a perfect job. I strongly recommend this Company for any kind of custom patio improvements.

**** did a great job of reviewing the materials which would be used, collaborating with us on a design, and reviewing payment options for our 3 seasons room. Worst company we ever dealt with - we signed a contract for a sun room in November of 2021 but was not completed until July of 2022. We had numerous issues during all phases of this project. Work crews using our back yard for their personal ash tray. Crews showing up for a couple of hours and not seen again for days. We had to constantly reach out to GDI to get a time frame on crew return. Poor quality workmanship / short cuts that took repeated returns to correct those issues. I am really relieved and happy about the entire job. I was at first was wanting to back out because I did see bad reviews on the BBB site. One positive thing I noticed was that the company responded to each and everyone to workout a satisfaction. And the responses were reasonable. We were very excited for this project from the sales pitch and agreed to proceed. We got off to a bad start, Unfortunately, the salesman assumed we were going to buy lumber & do some of the work ourselves, without telling us. He became rude, combative and disrespectful.
