RecommendedThey always do a great job with my dogs and puppies I raise! It's just the last 2 times I been in I think they overbooked appointments. My 3:30 appointment wasn't even called in until after 4:30. I knew it would be at least a hour for 6 puppies tails to be docked and dew claws removed so I finally left the clinic at 5:39. I did arrive a bit early so total time there was about 2 hours and 15 min. Again they are great place!
My cat Grizz was formerly feral so he's not comfortable leaving home. I set my phone to some classical cat music and my vet was great with him so after an initial hiss he decided she was ok. Thank you!😽

Since Dr Henning left I didn't know if I should return or find a new vet, I stayed and meet a caring new Dr. Dr Green at Starch is amazing person and vet. Caring and very helpful.
Wonderful experience from the first phone call to schedule my new kitten for treatment & surgery! So kind and professional. Kitten Eddie is a spirited one and they were such pros, informative and answered all my questions! Really great with him and with fielding all my "pet mom" phone calls checking in on him! Thank you for your care for my spirited Eddie!
My parents have used Starch for years, so as an adult I've taken our family pets to them as well. They are so kind and knowledgeable. My youngest daughter is exploring the idea of being a vet and shes been able to shadow on a couple of occasions. I've mixed up scheduling and showed up on the wrong day and they fit us in their busy schedule and were not crabby about it. Their pricing seems affordable/competitive with other practices also. I highly recommend Starch!
I've been using Starch and University West since my first pet in 1972! The only sad moments I've ever had was saying good-bye to pets we've had to put to sleep and Veterinarians who have retired. The care they give our dogs is incredible and their explanations and treatments are always in terms that we can understand. We back them 100%!
