The staff and doctors at Starch / University West are the most amazing and compassionate people. My mother is visiting from out of town, and we brought her dog in yesterday because his ear seemed painful. Dr Takes was so patient trying to find the cause, and it was such a relief to learn it was nothing serious. Thank you for taking our concerns seriously even when it turned out to be "nothing".
I have used Starch for many years. First with our first set of dogs and now with our 3 dachshunds. Starch has some of the best and caring staff members and doctors.
The vet, Katherine, did a good job. Vet was professional, kind, and compassionate. Good experience.
Been taking my animals there for over 30 years. My babies have always received good care. There are cheaper places but Starch has always proven capable and caring.
The staff are so friendly and I genuinely feel like my pets are safe when they are in their care. Our older rescue dog needed a lot of teeth removed and a cleaning. They did such a great job.
We love Dr. Martz! He is very kind to our pets and is very compassionate. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A great place!
