Came here to buy boxes for my move. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Offered to put my boxes in my car. Pricing seems great as well!

Gabriel was amazing! So patient, kind and friendly. Our bank was giving us a hard time unlocking our card and he held our truck for us for 3 hours. He truly has great customer service!

Great place to store items you only use occasionally. We have a 10x10 and have utilized almost the entire space. Great customer service and open when it's convenient for me. Gate code is kinda funky, but the gentleman in the front office was super helpful and now I have no problem with it. I would highly recommend this business. They also do UHaul too.

Chantay is awesome! Great employee for StaxUp! She was friendly, informative and very helpful.
Not a fan. Staff lacks people skills and could use some customer service training. Policy is to pro-rate first month of storage rent but charge for full month when moving out regardless of when in the month you move out. Storage units are designed to less than full size capacity and lack any ventilation or cooling system.

While the location seemed nice and was conveniently close to me; the customer needs improvement. I scheduled a uhual online and while that process was easy via the uhual portal the customer care at this location lacks. I called to motility my reservation times and add a dolly and the person that took my call was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to call.
