Great place to store items you only use occasionally. We have a 10x10 and have utilized almost the entire space. Great customer service and open when it's convenient for me. Gate code is kinda funky, but the gentleman in the front office was super helpful and now I have no problem with it. I would highly recommend this business. They also do UHaul too.

While the location seemed nice and was conveniently close to me; the customer needs improvement. I scheduled a uhual online and while that process was easy via the uhual portal the customer care at this location lacks. I called to motility my reservation times and add a dolly and the person that took my call was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to call. Horrible service. Issue their Autopay every time. Charge extra fees without reasoning or balance logic. False advertising.

Christmas Day they send this unwelcome surprise "Your Storage Rent is Changing" and decided to give themselves the gift of stealing more of my money - for the 2nd time since signing up - for providing zero additional value in return. If you don't want to be taken advantage of, don't store here.

Great storage great prices great workers helped me when I needed to get a new lock and cut my old one off that I lost the key to. Always just a call away hector was very helpful in everything I needed thank you guys!! Definitely recommend this storage
