I just wanted to complement Jenn and Tony on their friendly service and helpfulness in filling out the forms. I was able to get a large unit which are hard to find right now. They offer a senior discount which adds to my overall impression of a nice facility.

This is a review specifically for their U-Haul drop-off/received service. Basically contactless, which is great. Had no trouble all three times dropping off. If you are dropping off a U-Haul after hours, call ahead of time to get access to the gate, and there is a key drop-off near the front door. For the most part, employees wore their masks if you did have to interact with them.

If you decide to rent here, ask for your free disc lock the day you move in! I don't want to spend any more time or energy on this business, but one last time to hopefully save someone the trouble in the future. I recently reserved and paid for a unit online. On the website they promised contactless move in and a free disc lock. Anyway lots of issues with the online reservation and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone and still go inside the office. If you want the best service I would go to Holland location in Sun City and ask for Nick. After ridiculous poor service and attitude at Menifee Holland location on Saturday, Nick at sun city saved our day. After placing a reservation on line for a trailer and purchase of a hitch receiver and ball we showed at our reservation Menifee/ Holland said we were out of luck with receiver even though we confirmed one on line. If I could give this storage negative stars, I would. The manager Jen and Tony jerked my boyfriend around for months, starting with a flood that occurred that they did not notify us about in which it ruined over half of our things in our unit. They moved our stuff to another unit days after the flood, so our stuff was sitting in water for days, they went into our unit without asking and moved our stuff. They did not tell us so when we went to open our unit we couldn't. We went to the office and they very rudely said that the... read more

Unfortunate that we can't get consistent hours for this location. Yelp says it closes at 5pm during the week Google search says 5pm during the week But the businesses doors say 4pm. My wife called to talk to an employee today at 1130am asking about reserving a truck. She was told that a manager would call her back with pricing and availability. As of 430pm, we had not received a call back and we happened to be in the area of the location, but find it to be closed as of 4pm. Kind of a bummer, hope they can update their online... read more

This and all the other U-Haul have large signs on the trucks that say trucks for rent $19.95 for the first 4 hours when it's actual total BS. The minimum is $61.30 every time. Rented these trucks a few times now, what a scam.

I have found this to be a wonderful place to trust with your goods. The facility is well maintained and there's always a friendly face to help. The managers Jennifer and Tony are a pleasure to deal with. Always willing to help and answers any questions We might have. The office is always clean . Tony is a wealth of help and information. We rented a U-Haul trailer from here back on 11/3/18. A member of the staff hooked up the trailer(I have a bad back and my wife has a heart condition) and I asked the person who attached the trailer if if was secure enough and they assured me that it was. 40 miles later, in Banning, the trailer came off the hitch. I was fortunate enough to get the truck I was driving to the freeway shoulder safely and waited for U-Haul to remove the trailer from the freeway.
