My mom has 2 storage units here, both of which are infested with mice and management won't do anything about it other than putting out mouse traps that accomplishes nothing. SOO much of her belongings have been destroyed from the chewing. The reason I'm writing this review today is because while the staff at this location sounds like they care about their customers, their actions demonstrate the complete opposite. Have been with them for years because of the convenience. The managers, husband and wife, are pleasant and helpful. The younger guys who work there are also nice to work with. But.... Cost goes up often which I guess is unavoidable. We've now recently twice dealt with a younger woman, blonde, maybe in her 20's. She's rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Customer service is definitely not what she should be doing!

Easy online booking. After completing the booking online all information regarding access is sent to you and after a quick stop to the office for the free lock you're ready to use! Great customer service. Clean unit.
