Unfortunate that we can't get consistent hours for this location. Yelp says it closes at 5pm during the week Google search says 5pm during the week But the businesses doors say 4pm. My wife called to talk to an employee today at 1130am asking about reserving a truck. She was told that a manager would call her back with pricing and availability. As of 430pm, we had not received a call back and we happened to be in the area of the location, but find it to be closed as of 4pm. Kind of a bummer, hope they can update their online... read more

This and all the other U-Haul have large signs on the trucks that say trucks for rent $19.95 for the first 4 hours when it's actual total BS. The minimum is $61.30 every time. Rented these trucks a few times now, what a scam.

I have found this to be a wonderful place to trust with your goods. The facility is well maintained and there's always a friendly face to help. We rented a U-Haul trailer from here back on 11/3/18. A member of the staff hooked up the trailer(I have a bad back and my wife has a heart condition) and I asked the person who attached the trailer if if was secure enough and they assured me that it was. 40 miles later, in Banning, the trailer came off the hitch. I was fortunate enough to get the truck I was driving to the freeway shoulder safely and waited for U-Haul to remove the trailer from the freeway. My husband and I went in there yesterday to rent a space the lady in the office was so helpful all of our questions answered and took us to show us the space before anything else my husband checked prices all over the area and they were the most reasonable with lots of trucks difference sizes and they are also very reasonable super friendly and very pleasant to talk too I would recommend this place to everyone !!!!!!!

Terrible experience, beware of Jen in the office she is very rude, and a liar. stay clear of this place if you're looking for honest people and good customer service. Beware of overcharging they tried to do it to me.

Great people to deal with, always very helpful. I wish the city didn't block off the entrance with a new center divider because it makes it difficult now with the 5th wheel but other than that the place is worthwhile.
