Better communication with myself and my realtor. Stephen did not respond to my realtors phone calls on multiple occasions. Communicated better what the loan was stating the down payment percentage I was paying up front. Because of it not being clearer I agreed to pay amount that I would not have agreed to. I told Stephen from the very beginning that all I wanted to but down is 20%.
