Service was good, Stephen was good with being in contact at all parts of the process. However, the documentation and reasons for them was excessive and not pleasant. It seemed like there was never enough documents for the underwriters.

Stephen did an awesome job. Given the current atmosphere of COVID-19, there are a lot of unknowns. Mortgages are tricky. Steven treated our mortgage Like it was his mortgage. He showed a true sense of purpose to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. We closed on two properties and had keys in hand of our new home without issue. He’s awesome and I’m not sure that things would have gone as smooth as they did if Stephen wasn’t at the helm.
