Stephen Delagrange was a great help refinancing my mortgage. We were able to reduce our term and interest rate substantially. The whole process was online, which is perfect for us. We were able to upload the documents that he needed the same day as our initial call and get the process moving. This was the best/easiest experience that I've had applying for / refinancing a mortgage. Stephen was very helpful and professional. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Stephen is a helpful, responsible and professional loan officer. He is very knowledgeable in the mortgage process; and always responds to emails/phone calls in a timely manner. This is extremely important in the current house market when one house could receive multiple offers from buyers. He is also very patient and was ready to answer all the questions that I met during the mortgage process. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend him to other homebuyers who are looking for a mortgage.

I can't say enough about guaranteed Rate, you literally have to do nothing and I promise you, you will get the best rate they can possibly get you.. closing costs were minimal and stress free. I have worked with them on my purchase and Refi. If I can give them 10 stars I would.

My husband and I worked with Stephen on our Mortgage and that a rate swap a few months after close. I must have sent 30,000 emails and made at least that many phone calls and i have to say, ever contact was responded to with information i could understand, in a timely manner and with incredible patience. He made 2 normally stressful events, seamless and easy. He is the only person I will work with from now on.

We used Stephen as our lender when buying our first home. From the very beginning he was extremely helpful every step of the way. If we ever had a question, he would get back to us immediately so we never had to be in "limbo" wondering what was happening during our escrow process. I had a delightful experience dealing with Stephen and his team. Stephen was very responsive during our communication and always returned a call or email addressing all my questions. They have a great on-line system to upload/sign all the paper work, so I had very smooth experience during underwriting and closing. I had other lending options, with similar rates, but never regret I went with Stephen. His dedication mattered a lot for me as a first-time home buyer and I'm very thankful to him for that.
