The whole process was wonderful. Great communication with Stephen, as well as his associates that were involved. Very seamless, digital signatures were a plus! Stephen was not a "hard sell", nor was he a "take it or leave it" guy. I started off with several other companies to refinance and cash out, and was extremely turned off by all of them.
