As a first time homebuyer I had no experience on how the process worked until Stephen guided me on the various steps. Homebuyering is very stressful however with Stephens guidance it wasn't so bad. Even though I live in Mass and his office is in Chicago he was efficient with my calls and gathering information via fax. He helped me with my loan and went above and beyond for me in order for me to receive my first set of house keys.
