I was referred to Stephan and once I got working with him, he was always available and willing to help out. He makes it easy for you to understand the loan and walks you through the process diligently. He was supportive of you and works to get you the best rate possible. The reason my rate turned out higher than I expected was that the property taxes was estimated lower than expected. It didn't surprised me too much.
