As a first-time home owner, I was admittedly more ignorant of the process than I should have been. However, Stephen and his team at Guaranteed Rate guided me through the process, from pre-qualification to closing, as smoothly as possible. Stephen was available when I needed questions answered and always responded promptly; and he made sure to let me know when a member of his team was stepping in for their part of the process. I knew what was happening with my application at every step.
Stephen and the team at guaranteed rate were a pleasure to work with. I was reluctant to use an online service provider, but these guys addressed every concern I had. They were quick to get the loan approved and they also managed to get me a better rate than other lenders that I inquired about.
Stephen got my loan approved in less than three weeks. He and his team worked very hard, and were always very responsive and available. Plus, they made all of my documents easy to access online. I would definitely recommend him.
