Yes, Guaranteed Rate offered me the lowest interest rate, and yes they had very reasonable loan costs (1/2 the cost of my local lenders). This is often the case when looking online, but when you need someone are they there for you? When you have questions and concerns, who answers the phone? Stephen. Stephen answers, and when I called it never too as much as two rings for that to happen. Knowledgeable, responsive, and accountable. Our close date was supposed to be July 6th, and we had the keys June 28th.
This was such an easy and convenient refi process. Steven and the rest of the team were thorough, responsive and easy to work with. We did cash out refi and we had our cash in the bank 3 days after the closing! I would highly recommend Guarenteed Rate.
