Steve and his team did a great job. They moved extremely fast, because our closing was only 2 weeks away. One of the things I liked best about working Steve was that he followed through on everything he said he would do, and his estimate was almost exactly what the actual amount was. You can trust what he tells you.

I am in Texas which is some distance away from Stephens home base and i was very reluctant with a long distant relationship, Stephen and his team made me feel like family and treated me with respect and when the whole process was done i felt very comfortable with recommending him to anyone I know

Normally, closing on a house is about as stress inducing as a root canal, but I cannot say enough about the professionalism, level of service and speed at which Stephen and his team moved on my loan.
